「管理」タブ -> 「購買・契約」 -> 「通知ルール」にある通知項目について

「管理」タブ -> 「購買/契約管理」」 -> 「通知ルール」には、以下の通知項目の設定が可能ですが、
通知の件名と本文はシステムで定義済みのため、英語でのメッセージが送信されます。

1. 注文書の期日が過ぎたとき注文書のオーナにメールで通知
2. ドメイン/ネットワークのスキャン中に変更を検出したとき次の技術担当者にメールで通知.
3. ドメイン/ネットワークのスキャン中に利用可能なライセンス数を超えたインストールを検出したとき次の技術担当者にメールで通知
4. ドメイン/ネットワークのスキャン中に禁止ソフトウェアが検出されたとき次の技術担当者にメールで通知.
5. 資産のリース期間が満了するとき技術担当者と資産所有者に通知
